• Arrive punctually for scheduled performances
• Provide professional-quality performances
• Maintain appropriate conduct with senior residents
• Communicate promptly regarding scheduling changes

For Facilities:

• Provide accurate facility information
• Ensure appropriate performance space
• Handle all payment arrangements directly with artists
• Provide necessary support during performances
• Communicate facility protocols clearly

Our platform facilitates communication between artists and facilities. We do not handle any financial transactions or payments.

Important information:

• We only provide a means for artists and facilities to connect
• All payment arrangements are made directly between artists and facilities
• We are not responsible for any financial disputes between parties
• We do not charge fees for financial transactions

While we strive to ensure a safe environment for all parties, Grandpa Bob's Music & Fine Arts is not liable for:

• Personal injury during performances
• Property damage
• Disputes between artists and facilities
• Quality of performances

We recommend that both artists and facilities maintain appropriate insurance coverage.
